I had been with them over 25 years. Multiple policies, home, auto and life. I have NEVER missed a payment the entire time. I rarely made any claims. Last month the auto draft didnt go through and i was completely unaware until they called. When i told them to reprocess the payment, i was told i would have to get a new policy and ALL my premiums would DOUBLE. I was in complete shock. I have been completely discarded. My loyalty to them meant ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I am now in the process of canceling all my policies and finding a new insurance company. I am also making sure all my family members are aware and i will be sure to help them find new insurance as well. You dont treat loyal customers like this...ridiculous and embarrassing.

Surprised it even has 3.6 stars tbh... We had gotten rear-ended back at the end of spring break while leaving the river by some nice old guy and sadly THIS is his insurance company. The person on their end "handling" this has been so unprofessional and yes here it is almost Christmas and my very very patient lady still does not have her car back. She has had to go out of her own way to keep up with the body shop and mechanic on keeping the ball rolling. This guy with Farm Bureau does not keep up with any of the repair updates it is like he expects that to be our problem. Ever since the day they came to first look at the car it was a joke. They wanted to do the minimum with what seemed like no intentions of having a mechanical inspection until we pushed for it. Maybe if he was worried less about getting his "Hunting" in and actually doing his job this would all be resolved already. My lady is far too nice I would have already put this dude on blast. So unprofessional and here we are stressed about getting another extension on the rental car (which was also a size downgrade so now we have been having to take 2 cars everywhere when it is the entire family going out) I normally don't like leaving reviews like this but I am appalled at how unprofessional this tool of an agent is. Do your dang job already, stop wasting everyone's Tyne!

My mom’s home flooded 3 months ago and Farm Bureau hired a company to clean out the contents and dispose f everything that could not be saved. As a result of the cleanup, we lost 75% of our belongings and furniture. The flooring throughout the home had to be replaced. I had to fill out the inventory sheet for the value of all items and the amount the insurance company is willing to pay is laughable and they should be embarrassed. I am completely disappointed. After over 20 years of membership, we are forced to look elsewhere for our homeowners and auto insurance,

Horrid place very inconsiderate. There incompetent person not only damaged my property but drove away from the scene of the accident. Luckily someone seen it an got the information needed an knowing this that person called an admitted there wrong doing but being on the phone while doing it. And I’m being punished by having to pay for part of the damage because there words “ it’s not a new vehicle” “well we got you a rental” Can only hope this incompetent person doesn’t hit a disabled person… Worst of the worst. Doubt you could find anything or anyone lower then these people

10/10 DO NOT recommend. Claims adjuster Mike Schrader is unethical, his superiors Wesley Pruitt & Ritchie Keene have turned a blind eye to his misconduct and are ignoring my inquiries. I’m assuming in hopes that I will go away but I will not I will take any/all actions necessary to resolve my issue.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
