Very pleased with the account setup, much less trouble than other banks I've used in the past. Peyton was incredibly helpful and made the experience a lot easier, explained things extremely well and left me feeling confident in my understanding of my account, the process of using it, and my various options.

Don’t deal with charlotte Davis. My credit is perfect and had numerous loans over the years with this credit union I usually don’t deal with her. This was my first and last. I’m closing out my account here. Started on Christmas Eve. Told her I was in a hurry and needed to get this done bc they closed at noon that day. She ran my credit bc it popped up in my email about 10 am. 2 hours went by and she never got back with me and let me know a thing. Day after Christmas came I had to email her again bc she still hadn’t replied. Then when she did reply it was simply I can’t approve u bc my debt to income ratio. Now given I had just paid off a much much larger loan with them just a week before this and now I couldn’t get a loan for a lousy $12,000. So I replied back ab how this was ridiculous bc my credit score is superb and I have more then enough money in my checking account to cover this loan 7 or 8 times over. So I let that go then sent other documents of other income that I get monthly and she nit picked that and finally I was done. By this time I gotta another institution to approve me and it went thru like a breeze. I’ve never in my 43 years had a problem getting anything bc of how good my credit is and to get denied for that small of amount when I just borrowed 3 times that much and paid it off to the company now denying me was insane and that lady does not know how to do business I guess it was Christmas break and she was ready to go or close to closing time. I don’t usually ever write bad reviews I try and give folks the benefit of doubt but sending and email to reply to someone takes maybe 30 seconds no matter if your busy or not. My business pays your salary lady!!

I do not recommend this credit union. I’ve been debating whether to close my account for a while and yesterday was the last straw. I was unable to withdraw MY money from the ATM in the middle of the afternoon. As if that wasn’t annoying enough imagine my surprise when the drive through teller wasn’t able to give me MY money either. To top it off the teller wasn’t even apologetic or nice. She just said “the system is down” and when I asked if I could get MY money from her she just repeated the same phrase. I’m not stupid. Sometimes the ATM is down but you can still make a withdrawal. I realize customer service is in the toilet nowadays but if you are telling me I can’t get MY MONEY you could at least ACT like you have some customer service skills. I didn’t catch her name but she had black thick framed glasses hopefully someone can train her.

Mobile deposit states that deposits made before 5PM would be credited to your account that day. Apparently just because it stated that does not make it so. I initiated mobile deposit on Friday, early AM. Still don't have my money available and they are saying it will be one more day! Mad is an understatement right now!

Worst credit union I’ve ever banked with!!!! They’re all about the money, I was charged a $35 fee for my account being overdrawn $0.32 and they refused to remove the fee! Some of the workers are never helpful and always have an attitude, this credit union will never get my business again.
