Came to this branch first, before going to Bowmen branch. Teller there Tanya was rude, no one came to windows to greet me. Also another couple came in after me and they would greet them i guess cause they were different race. Don't ever want to visit this branch again. Customer Service zero do not recommend going into that branch. Sad these days people into that kind of business and lack the number one thing customer service skills.

Opened a joint account in March of 2025 and it’s almost July 2025 and I have yet to receive any account documents for the initial deposit. Was working with Nelson Govia for vehicle refinancing. There has been no monthly statements, and I still don’t know what the account number is. He was very instrumental in opening the account online but failed to provide the account holders with anything other than a a denial and credit counseling after underwriting. Nice job Nelson. !!!!RUN DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

This bank is one of the best kept secrets. Customer service is phenomenal. I appreciate Trixie with her warm inviting voice always willing to help. Stacy always willing to go over and above for a customer. And there’s a Larry smiling also willing to help. I really have to give it to this bank. Telcoe isn’t like the other large Bank ready to take your money and fees keep doing a great job guys🥰

I recently opened a savings account online and applied for a car loan. Despite being initially told everything looked promising, I was later informed that my loan application was not approved after undergoing underwriting review. To my surprise, I approached a dealership for an alternative solution, and they were able to secure a car loan for me through Hyundai Financial, offering a more favorable payment plan and lower interest rate. This contrast in outcomes raises concerns about the underwriting process at Arkansas Telco Federal Credit Union. Moreover, I encountered an additional frustration when I decided to close my account, and I was charged a $10 closing fee. This unexpected fee has added to my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.
