I would give them negative stars if I could. Almost 3 years never missed a payment, never even late and RV was repossessed? I was in contact with them every 2 weeks and updating them on the progress of my injury. The management is terrible, I wouldn't let them run a lemonade stand. I have been a member of several credit unions my entire life and all have been great, except this one. Was six weeks late and when it was taken a payment went in on that day. I ended up having to pay the RV off to get it back and it cost me another 1100.00 in fees. I would rather take a loan from an underground troll as I had do business with this so called credit union. Stay away from this credit union as any other banking institution you pick will be better than this one that is ran out of a closet.

Their customer service is non-existent and I was treated terribly. They were very unprofessional with how they handled the services I needed. It was actually the CEO\Manager that was the worst. There isn't anyone to hold them accountable for their actions either, so I doubt it will ever get better. I wanted to update my review after I noticed one of the reviewers was Paula Woeppel. She is the CEO\Manager at this credit union. I can only imagine she posted a review to increase the rating.

Very disorganized and if your identity is stolen they will not return or protect your money. If you transfer money from checking to savings electronically you have to call them to remind them to do it. Night deposits sit for week or more have to call and remind them to deposit. Very rude manager.

Very unfriendly. They will tell you one interest rate then when the papers are done it's another. They threaten you to cancel your loan when THEY lose their insurance copy. Very unprofessional.
