I always finance my vehicles through the credit union. The girls are easy to work with, rates are great and it’s such an easy process. I’ve referred friends who have the same experience. I’m so well taken care of I always tell people I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else for my banking needs.

yeah NO!!! From my brief personal experience definitely embezzlement and scamming is going on within the banking system. I don't care how less or long a bank customer has an account with this "bank" no Bank Member without the authorization, consent and verification of bank customer should be able to access customer's account with or without their knowledge especially less than 24 hours of opening an account. I witness too many red flags🚩🚩🚩 My gut wouldn't let me be at ease of financial safety! I witness Bank Member tell a customer she already have her bank statement printed out as soon as lady walked into the bank. How? No proof it was the right customer or not. Bank Member didn't ask for any identity check from walk in customer. How, without customer verification of bank account did Bank Member print of customer's bank statement? Next, the same Bank Member stopped helping another customer while the Branch Manager of location was doing nothing, tried to access a regular drive through customer account by memory and couldn't. Bank member called for Branch Manager due to having trouble accessing customer's account. Branch Manager took her time and informed Bank Member who works originally at Pike location that drive through customer open a new account due to fraudulent activity. Body language is profound! Bank Member ask drive through customer for social. Be mindful, I can hear all this customer personal info. After customer provided and she, Bank Member accessed drive through customer new account she instantly walked away and allowed Branch manager to take over while coming back to help previous customer. Next business day, I went back to bank to express my concerns. Branch manager, she defensively expressed that most customers have been there for many years. I ask her do this give all Bank Members a right to access customers bank accounts without their consent? I expressed that I will like to close account I just opened 24 hours ago by Bank Member who randomly called me to let me know she sees I do not have a debit card on my account. How did this Bank Member access my account and she does not originally work at the branch bank I opened account with? I didn't have any knowledge or give any consent. A different Branch manager gives me the option to close account but denies me the option to open a new account. I knew for sure to ruuuuuunnnn! Immediately I closed my account and I was charged 5 bucks out of my account to do so from this bank. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! I only left one star to leave this review. After I closed my account, my gut felt at ease. I was in peace again! God in Heaven is real. The Holy Spirit warns before destruction. Every worker working for these local branches needs to be replaced with hardworking, professional and trustworthy people. Unless this trickery starts from the 🔝

I do not want to bank where Banks workers memorize my personal info to access my banking account without my consent or verification. The staff is unprofessional and sneaky. I witness a drive through customer admit to Bank worker who thought she still had customer login info memorized, that he closed old account due to someone accessing his account without his consent. Not trustworthy! It's a yeah, NO!

This is a wonderful small credit union with lots of big perks. The technology they have is great, the app is easy to use, tap to pay cards, etc. The staff is friendly and know you by your first name. They also have financial education and financial coaches to help you achieve your financial goals.

Pressed the button to enter. Ladies saw me standing in the doorway but refused to let me in. Continued on with their conversation. There was no one else inside nor outside. I promptly turned around and took my business elsewhere. Definitely won't be back.
