Always canceling my debit card I suppose because either I try to use it somewhere they do not know or maybe because someone else is trying to use it or just for the hell of it I am not sure but it happens often even when I am out of town and need to use it for gas to get back home yet when I get back and go see they'll reinstate it so must be just because they decide to just cancel it for the hell of it! And they say I'd have a problem to contact # on back of card but I do not have a phone # on either side of my debit card!

Just needed a simple question answered, no one picked up the phone. Called for an hr. before closing no less. They need better workers with better work ethic, it needs to be looked into.

It’s an ok bank if you never really need help with anything none of the branches ever answers the phone and don’t try to get assistance close to closing like we don’t work too

I have banked here for a couple of years now. Even before I ever came here, I graduated college and they sent my parents a congratulations card on my achievements and that really made me feel good. The loan officers are very nice. I have never went there and applied for a loan and did not get approved for it. They handle my money well, they always count out my money to me and they have never short change me. I have never noticed anything wrong with my accounts. I am truly happy with Fairfield credit Union and I'll recommend it to anyone who wants a bank with great service and make them feel like family an appreciative of their business. I even sometimes walk in and do not have to show my ID because they know me so very well and there and that makes me feel great.

The service from SOME of the employees are awesome, however it only takes one to spoil the whole bunch. FYI You may not want to go to the one located on Camden road.
