Our neighborhood bank that we love! After reading previous reviews, I think they must've been confused with another business. The tellers are warm and welcoming. Elise is our favorite! Not only are they friendly and kind, but they welcome our spoiled Golden Retriever with dog treats and lots of love. Antioch Community Credit Union is the best!!

Horrendous customer services! As a member of various banks, the service I experienced here was the worst I have ever encountered. The level of unprofessionalism from the rude and miserable worker who reluctantly tolerated my presence was made evident by her unwillingness to listen, her constant interruptions and her adamant persistence at a lack of eye contact, a dismissive tone and attitude, and her unwillingness to do her job as a teller and seek to illuminate her own ignorance with the knowledge befitting her profession. As the face of the credit union in question, her conduct stains the image of the institution and her lack of compassion and the abhorrent behavior expressed should influence any individual considering placing their finances at this business to strictly look elsewhere. A company that is blind to proper customer service and the value of kindness cannot be trusted to produce a business that will look out for your best interests, as clearly demonstrated by the in-person experience you will encounter here.

Everybody in this credit union is awesome and treat you as if you were family. Those who have a bad day and take it out on others should find a Bank to go to. Been with this place for 20 + years.and always has gone out of their way to make me feel appreciated!!!!!!

At first i thought this bank was good and better than big banks. But these people charge for the simplest things and are very rude. They have no way of communicating with other people and don't have any empathy for peoples financial problems. I felt intimidated, targeted and discriminated by the bank tellers/loan officers going in there.

I would just like to say that I wouldn’t recommend any Credit Union that personally discriminates against people with disabilities. Yesterday I was personally discriminated against by the Manager of this facility and an employee. I was told I couldn’t park in their parking lot even though I’m handi cap and they’re are zero handi cap accessible parking spots in the area for where I needed to be. The women screamed at me to move even after explaining I had a disability. While my keys were in my hand the disgruntled employee ran to my car before I could move it and slapped a giant sticker on my window and putting another paper notice under my windshield. All while I was standing there. They threatened to have my car towed if I did not move it. I moved my car across the street and went back to talk to the manager so I could get the names of the people involved and so I could make a complaint with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) and the manager personally refused to give me any names of the people involved. Protecting them. As someone who has a disability and works with children with disabilities this was WRONG on every level. This company NEEDS to be ADA compliant, legally. It’s state law. No one should ever be that humiliated and that ridiculed for not having a noticeable disability. I shouldn’t have to be in a wheelchair for my disability to be recognized. It should be respected by all. I’m completely shocked in the unprofessional behavior of these people. Ignorance I think is the word for people like that.
