Everyone at the Safe 1 Oak Street branch was so nice, helpful and courteous. The staff made opening my account smooth and easy, and they explained everything clearly. My application was handled swiftly and professionally, and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Thank you to the Oak Street team for such friendly and efficient service.

Thefty bank. STAY AWAY!!! I have provided proof of full coverage insurance MULTIPLE times and they still keep charging me no matter how many times I show proof. On top of that they only refund half of what they stole from me....yes STOLE. Take your banking elsewhere.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received today at Safe One on Oak. Calin Mothershed specifically, everyone was very nice but he went above and beyond. Just his attitude upon arrival was great for a dragging Friday afternoon. Infectious positivity. He opened accounts for my boys in record time, and props to Safe One we weren’t charged for either the checking or savings account. Most banks have good customer service, this bank and location are next level. Thank you again for the years of great service

They forced me to create an account with a minimum of $25 in order to get a car loan. After that, they decided my account was "inactive" and they'd charge me monthly fee until my account was depleted. Their reason in the letter? It was a "cost reduction technique." It's only $25 but it's pretty shady that they just decided "Hey he hasn't touched this money in a while, so it's ours now"
