I didn’t want to do this but they have frustrated me too much. The customer service is terrible. My credit card was blocked for suspicious activity. Fine. But when I try to unblock it I’m sent calling three different numbers. All unable to help me. I even sent messages on their private messaging. No answer. The live chat is always unavailable. I am on day 3 of a blocked credit card that should have been easily unblocked - the charge was not fraudulent. No I am apparently waiting for a “card specialist” to contact me about my credit card. Come on Adelfi you need to do much better!

This bank is absolutely garbage. When it was ECCU it was great. I was so happy to have my money in a Christian bank amd was happy with it for years but now I absolutely hate it and cannot find a new bank fast enough. I deposited a check last Thursday afternoon. It has said "One Day Hold" for 5 days now, not including the Thursday I deposited it, and we are now 30 minutes away from it being 6 days. I have never hated a bank more at this point. Do NOT trust this bank with your money. ZERO STARS.

I'm sad to read the many negative experience reviews. Concerns me, actually I will say that it takes some time to get someone on the phone when you call, but this also isn't a large nationwide bank. But the responses I get from sending a secure message through my online portal is typically within a couple of hours. (I have experienced the "call back" system failing and not receiving a call back at all a couple times.) But those I have talked to on the phone, when I have gotten a person, have always been super helpful.

Agree with others on here that this is not a Christian company. They charged me NSF because my Zelle payments were made same day as a charge that wasn’t even showing on my account as pending. On my feed it shows that I had money in my account to cover the charge but they just argued that on their end it didn’t show that, but that somehow the charge posted successfully because I had money in the account. WHAT?! Make it make sense. They just wanted to charge a fee and used this as an excuse. The customer service was horrible! They were unwilling to budge at all. I even sent a screenshot proving I had money and they didn’t care. I asked how to close my account and they didn’t care to keep my business. So I’m out. They do not share my values. RUN AWAY!!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since AdelFi took over. I have had several situations in the last couple of months where I needed help with bank needs. Today now 3 times I have been on hold for an hour. I did receive a call back. I need to do a wire transfer. I was told I have to do it myself. After printing the 18-page tutorial I still needed help and am on hold AGAIN. No stars should be given. I understand my money is not a big deal to you all. Please be honest your hold music says better banking better service. I guess I need more money to get some assistance.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
