I recommend opening an account with this credit union. The customer service is always solid and the online website works great. Also a great option to get loans for your vehicles.

I went to open up a bank account for the first time ever. Jenniffer Avila was the employee that helped me and she was just amazing. Off the bat she informed me on what I was getting myself into while also making a connection with me. She created a bond with me and my mother and we will definitely come back for when my brother opens his. Just an amazing first time experience and I would definitely recommend going there.

My husband banks with this bank. He took a loan out and deposited the check via mobile which he made sure it was ok to do before hand. The day it said cleared he went to put the money so he can pay stuff. The male teller said he needed to verify the check even though the check had been verified before and they had made the funds “available”. So my husband waited 10mins and the teller came back and said it was ok BUT continued to ask questions about the check even after VERIFYING the check was good! Then he proceeded to tell my husband that they only allow $2000 daily withdrawals for everyone. At which point my husband said but I have came and took out more than $2000 on SEVERAL occasions. At which point this Teller CHANGED his story and said yes we can allow more if we have the funds available. But they just opened and didn’t have it all. My husband said this is a BANK right? And you just changed your reasoning. This bank needs Training in customer service!! He was condescending and Rude to my husband. Get your LIES RIGHT before you start your day.

I've had 2 encounters with one teller who is very rude. I just opened my account and put a large amount of money in there. The day before Christmas eve I needed money. The woman was very rude and said I needed to order the money before hand. I said I didn't know that and was never told when I opened my account. She hesitantly gave me what I requested with a look of disgust on her face. I then told her I will be closing my account because of this and she said that's fine in her snotty voice . Customer service is my pet peeve since I worked so many years in it
