Thank you all so much to the ladies in the loan dept. They have made this an unforgettable year for my family. They rooted for me and helped me and did not judge me for not budgeting or overspending and not making enough money. They explained the terms to me and it was so fast.

First all, I have been in this brach/Upward Credit Union for more than thirty years and I have never regretted in my whole entire life to keep & stay with this bank or branch because I am very extremely & grateful satisfied with their wonderful, outstanding customer service that I have never experienced with other banks! I am very heartfelt thankful to the lord our savior to have this blessing because all the employees, including managers, supervisors and accountants representatives are very helpful, kindhearted and supportive employees! They helped me a lot with all my problems to resolved and protecting my account from scammers & most definitely to fraud people! My heartfelt thankful for the managers especially Fatima & staff for all their efforts and understanding, greatly appreciated!!!!! ๐Ÿ™โค๏ธ๐Ÿ™
