They have bad customer service here. They dont work with the customer and everyone I spoke to today came off a little rude. I guess customer service is a thing of the past. If you want to be irritated going to a credit union come to or call the Cerritos Branch.

One of the worst Credit Unions I've ever worked with. They wouldn't refinance my car to help me reduce my APR, they said my car was too old, 5 years... 50,000 miles, worst customer service, didn't receive a call back, branches close early... don't they know people work and get off at 3 or 4 or 5... I ended getting refinanced at School's First Federal Credit Union with a 1.9 APR.

Popa used to be a good credit union that provided exceptional customer service incentives and competitive rates. They are horrible now and the only thing they are good for are the free fountain drinks. Your better off banking with a commercial bank.
