Eliza was amazing! I use a different Credit union in Massachusetts and visited this shared branch twice today. Both time I was helped with a glowing smile from Eliza, she accepted me as one of her customers even tho I don’t bank here. Took her time explaining everything so I was extremely well informed. Employees like this are rare and I want to say I appreciate and thank you Eliza. If you go here please ask for her help and you will be amazed.

One of the worst examples of customer service in recent memory. Not sure if this was an isolated incident for this staff, branch or the entire organization.

I want to give this bank more stars but I can’t. The tellers are lovely. Managers … jury is still out. But their policies are awful. 10 day holds for new members on mobile deposits. Can’t even close my account cuz my money is being held hostage. Smh.

You won’t find a better credit union or bank anywhere compared to DVFCU. They helped me out during the pandemic when my former bank wouldn’t do so. Because of their great service and rates, we switched all of our banking over to them and refinanced our mortgage. Thank you so much to John, Maria and everyone else at the credit union for their help and dedication.

A year ago I wanted a loan, while working with the service oriented loan officer Maria Chavez the CEO of the branch John Palmer recognized that I qualify for a PPP loan and I was able to get funded just before the program ended. The tellers feel like they are friends unlike the experience I had at Wells Fargo. I am a loyal member and will remain for decades.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
