I have been banking with PSCU for years. The credit union offers customer service that always working for you, is never pushy and always transparent. I had an issue about a month ago and the branch manager Robin went out of her way to reach out and make things right! A thank you goes out to Robin and her team for continuing to provide incredible customer service.

I recently purchased my first home back in April I've been banking with them for over 8 years and they've been nothing but amazing but I didn't realize how much more amazing they could get until Sue , Marilyn and Alicia they helped me through The whole process of buying a home and helped me get approved and were so patient and amazing through the whole process Sue Chandler was my initial point of contact And helped me so much they truly do value their customers and Miss Chandler was definitely an advocate for me through the whole process after that I had the pleasure of dealing with Marilyn yu And she was absolutely amazing as well And then finally Alicia bond was so courteous about everything in the final process. I cannot be a more amazed and happy with how amazing this team was if you're ever going to think about getting a home loan, please use this Bank. They are all about the customer and took amazing care of me ❤️😁😎

Aa a customer with PSEA for a few decades by virtue of my mom being a lifer with PG&E (45 years) and later having my own account...I can honestly say PSEA has made it much harder for customers to access their accounts remotely. Even a couple of months ago, I wouldn't need to wait for a callback the next day from a "Branch Specialist" (first time I was told that was just 5 minutes ago on a call to PSEA.) It shouldn't be this hard for customers to get a checking balance over the phone in another state, PSEA--because there AREN'T any branches in my state. I will continue to keep my joint account open with auto-deposits and transfer them out the next business day, PSEA. Just keeping it at 0.00 balance for the whole month. I'll use you for my credit report. You've changed recently, PSEA; and as a long-time customer of 53 YEARS...I can *NO LONGER* recommend you.
