This bank has the best customer service for its customers! I have been banking here for 20 years and service is amazing! Every when I go the deposit I always have happy and cheerful staff! José who is so friendly and fast to help, Ashly who always welcomes you with a small and my favorite Alex! Quite but always goes the extra mile to serve you in anything you need! Peter who always helps you when something needs to get resolved! I recommend that if you need a bank who’s care for you and need a family bank come to DFCU. You won’t regret it!

I just refinanced my auto loan with Downey Federal Credit Union and had the pleasure of working with Alex. Was just there and was told I was not allowed to withdraw over $5,000. I need to get a car today and they would not work with me. Consider calling up and pulling your money out of this bank, staff are basically retail workers, not great customer service. Also there was a loud noise that was filling the whole room the entire time I was there.

I am satisfied with the way I was treated at this bank I opened up a saving & checking account here thank you Yolanda for all your help and making it easy to get a car loan as well. I will surely recommend this Federal Credit Union to my family members.
