I have been a member of ECSFCU for over 20 years. I am a single mom with a single income household, and I am consistently regarded as a member of great value. Everyone I meet with is kind, supportive, and helpful. The representatives offer advice and information to questions I didn't even know to ask, educating me about finance options. I honestly feel lucky to be banking with them, lucky that I am a member. I will never use any other bank.

Terrible terrible bank I just moved to this area so it was close to me. But the staff are rude and helpless. There was no people at all only me myself waiting and they all ignored me no smile no nothing just had me standing there looking dumb. And the girl with the glasses and curly hair the mixed girl I think has An Attitude I will not bank here ever !

I don't have an account here, but I wanted to share a rude experience just standing on their sidewalk walking home and enjoying a stroll back from Target. Stood there for about 1 minute looking at my phone when I was startled to death when a mans aggressive voice told me I was trespassing and being recorded over a loudspeaker on the sidewalk passing through. I was literally not doing anything wrong. Needless to say, I just moved to this state. This is the closest bank to home, and I will not be choosing this bank for my new one. Don't like being accused of something I was not doing. Also, I look down when I walk, so I wouldn't have noticed the signs hanging on the ceiling portion of the building. Good thing I was not dying on the sidewalk. I would've just been told I was trespassing. Smh
