I just want to give a huge thank you to Nicholas for always being so helpful over the past few years. His customer service is truly outstanding. I genuinely appreciate the way he consistently goes above and beyond to assist me, no matter the situation. I know I can be a bit difficult at times, but Nicholas always shows incredible patience and professionalism. He always has an answer for my questions and takes the time to make sure I understand everything. I really hope his supervisor recognizes the amazing work he does—thank you, Nicholas, from the bottom of my heart!

I called First Imperial Credit Union regarding a late payment. The issue was, I had not setup automatic payments, Nicholas assisted me & activated auto-pay for me. Also I had an issue on how to activate my bank card, I like two months unable to activate this card & Nicholas also assisted me on this in a minute. This young man has a great customer service, very helpful, respectful, very good customer service. It was a pleasure speaking with you Nicholas.

I've spoken with maria (contact center representative 2) on the mobile application and I'm having a issue with my account which I understand is my fault but I wanted to speak with someone over the phone so I can properly explain the problem I'm having. I asked maria 2 separate times for a phone number so I can speak with someone but she refused to answer the question.

Awful customer service! I accepted an Auto Loan through FICU when purchasing a new vehicle. I decided to go into this branch to get my payment information since none of it was provided. I walked in and was stopped by a representative at the curved desk (no hello, didn’t ask for my name and didn’t ask if I needed help). She was so unhelpful that I was actually shocked. She gave me my information on a business card… instead of having me talk to a sales or service person. In the brief conversation, I mentioned looking into transferring my accounts and getting another loan. She seemed uninterested. BTW there were only 2 customers in the branch at that time and both were at the Teller, not with others so it had nothing to do with being busy. Im amazed at the lack of service this CU offers and surprised that they have little interest in helping their members. This location needs a reevaluation of management if this is acceptable practice from their employees.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
