I was just spam called four times in a row by this company’s phone number. After call number 2, I googled the number and it lead me here. I have zero connection to this place! When I finally picked up the phone, I told the person on the other line to stop calling because they had the wrong number. They then began to berate me and demand I put someone on the phone who I’ve never even heard of before (and mind you, I’ve had this phone number now for over 10 years). Clearly their employees need to learn a little something about customer service because one phone call was more than enough, and the hostility I received was ridiculous. And here’s a note to whoever this business owner is: Teach your employees to not harass random people.

What's the point of the merchant line if you still let not one, not two, but three customers go ahead of me. Some customers are there for a whole service some a quick in and out. Merchant services is for fast and efficient service. Don't get mad at this review and then have the nerve to call my boss. It's always something with this bank!

"Informative, friendly, professional, everything a bank employee should be. Omar in particular was exceedingly helpful when he suspected that I might be the object of a scam. I was making a wire transfer with a considerable amount of money to a friend and not being scammed but I appreciate the fact that he took extra time and asked three or four questions to make sure that I was not putting my money in jeopardy. Kudos to Omar

Just want to give a shout out to the best, and most passionate workers! Jeanie and Zoraida at any given moment I can call these two amazing ladies and they answer my questions whether it be day or night one of the best employees definitely deserve to be shouted out for! Wish them nothing but success in their field, company and life!✌🏼❤️

This branch was no help to our needs. Even with notarized legal documents (living trust), the branch refused to help us while a family member’s health was failing. They made our multiple attempts a waste of time. Now with the loss of the family member, it is now too late for us to make any changes. We have no idea who the beneficiary is, the money is not going back to immediate family. Sun Community does not have to disclose who the beneficiary is and we don’t know who it is. Sun Community has no accountability to the customers and family. Send your money elsewhere. I highly recommend Bank of America, First Imperial Credit Union, and Wells Fargo as they were very helpful to our needs.
