They suck I open a account years ago for my mom back in early 90s never could get a loan but in 2000 I went to Vons n got my mom to move account n she’s been able to always get loan n they suck don’t open a account there they tend to to treat police department better than others

Horrible customer service. Unhelpful, unwelcoming, incompetent, rude (rep was fine with interrupting me) and not well trained or knowledgeable. Have fun being a member!

I would not suggest banking with them or opening up any type of account. I have an auto loan and it's impossible to deposit the money on to my account to make the payment because their ATM keeps rejecting my debit card.
