The people that work here are extremely rude. If you like your bank charging you $20 every time you use your debit card this is the place for you. Was charged $20 four times when my account was at $2 which overdrew my account by $78. When I called to ask what was going on the person I was talking to insisted I was charged $80 on purpose but could not give a straight answer as to why. The following day I called again trying to understand and a different woman gave me a totally different unclear answer as to why I was being charged $80 for having $2 in my account. This place steals your money, belittles you, and simply cannot give you a straight answer when you ask what any of their charges are for. This credit union should be shut down.

The ladies at FFCU aren't too friendly to start off. I had to do a very stressful and new transaction to me, and the lady there made it more stressful. She made me so nervous I turned around and left. When I got to my car, I was shaking. She rattled me so much I forgot to get the funds so that I could make my transaction at a different bank. The only lady who was nice and smiled is now gone. Which is too bad. They know that they are needed, so they don't care about providing good customer service. It gets worse. The rude lady is the CEO of the branch. I'm glad I left because the paper she filled out was wrong.

Very friendly service, I opened an account and I was helped out tremendously, my grandparents used them, my mom does now so do I. I can't recommend this place enough

Left feeling humiliated. Had a large deposit to make and it was handled so unprofessionally, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong and would be a great burden with how long the transaction would take. I should have asked to speak with a manager but I was in such disbelief that I just wanted to leave.

I love the service here. I rarely wait and never longer than a minute. They know my name and are efficient and friendly. They are great resource especially for problem solving too!!!
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
