I hate this bank so much. This is why credit unions get bad reps. Lazy practices, bad service, and outdated systems. There is an app that never works and I can never get my bank statements when I need them. The staff is super unhelpful and I had to reorder a lost card 3 times once because they never processed the order. Then they charged me for a new card once because I forgot my pin and I asked to reset it but they said that it wasn’t possible. HOWEVER, I forgot my pin again and had a went to go through the process again but this employee tells me, I can just reset my pin by calling a different number. So the first employee lied. Now that I’ve been able to set my own pin I haven’t forgotten it, but I’m switching banks soon because I can’t handle the incompetence at this place. I hope the employees here have the day they deserve.

This bank has downgraded -4 stars since post Covid, IVFCU has been unhelpful and difficult to get ahold of. IVFCU froze my bank account for three days and counting. Contacting them will only send your call to a calling center that is unreliable. Most of the management works from home and it is why the bank is extremely slow to respond and is not able to get anything done. What’s terrible is that they used to be a very good bank now since after Covid, this bank as gone down under. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.

Great place to visit the Inland Valley Federal Credit Union. The service is good and friendly. They are very helpful. Great location next to the speedway. There's enough parking place there. Easy to find. It is better then a bank for finance interest. A bank charge too much interest and ATM fees. I've been to this Credit Union over 25 years.👍🏆

This credit union offered excellent service. The loan process was quick and simple, and the rates are great! Thank you to Anita and Andrea for making the loan and membership process so seamless. Both ladies were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. We will definitely consider any future business with this credit union.

Worst place to get good service.. never answer the phone! Always talking and speaking about other customers once they leave. it’s disgusting, all the girls working there need to get their minds into a professional mindset, not treat the bank as if it’s some regular job, Do it correctly grantee you will get good reviews. Otherwise be careful where you get an account here! I’ve gotten my money stolen out of my account many times and they don’t do anything about it! Worst place to save your money at no security whatsoever!
