I recently had the pleasure of working with Jocelyn N. at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. She assisted me in securing a loan, meticulously explaining every detail of the process to ensure I fully understood my options. Her professionalism, patience, and clear communication made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Jocelyn N. is a true asset to the SchoolsFirst team, exemplifying the exceptional customer service the credit union is known for.

Excellent customer service. Emily takes time from her busy schedule to explain my peculiar situations and explore ways to go forward. After our meeting, she follows up to a conclusion that is satisfactory beyond my expectations.

I recently visited Schools First in Fountain Valley and wanted to share my experience. Overall, the credit union was welcoming, and wellorganized, and I really liked the complimentary coffee for members! ( Unfortunately, my interaction with the banker, who I believe was named Frank (or possibly Frankie??), left me a bit disappointed. While the facilities and services were great, I felt that the level of professionalism in my interaction could have been better. There was a lack of attention to detail, which led to some confusion and frustration on my part. My concerns didn’t seem to be fully addressed, and that impacted my overall experience. As a side note, I noticed that the banker had a red, irritated eye, which could help identify him in case it’s relevant to follow up on my feedback. I appreciate the services provided by credit unions and hope that future interactions will be more podsitive. Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration..
