Just switched to Noble for my banking needs. Shaela at the Fig Garden Branch was amazing! She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She made setting up my accounts a breeze. The process went smoothly and she got us going without issues. She made sure the apps were set up and everything was going. She made sure I had everything I qualified for as well(perks). Very impressed with this level of customer service. She even heard me say I was craving a shrimp burrito for dinner and she gave me a fabulous recommendation for dinner! Talk about great service! Looking forward to many years of banking here.

First of all, I need to to make 2 corrections to My Review. I own a apology to 2 of the personal at Noble C.U. I had a experience that I had never encountered before. But the personal at Noble Credit Union (Marks & Bullard) helped me to solve my situation. Those people were, my main contact person Shaela (Member Consultant), Asia D. and Juana, to name a few, they are very awesome individuals. I'm sure there people were more people behind the scenes I'll never knew of. But I just wanted to say thank you to all of you, cause I truly had a Christmas Miracle. Marina is a wonderfully professional teller. My mother and I spent over an hour trying to solve a loan issue (not her fault), and she was kind, courteous, and patient. She was wonderful at advocating for us with loan services and provided as many solutions as she could. It’s incredibly stressful during the holiday season, especially since we’re both from out of state, and she did the best she could for us.
