Awful! Would not recommend- I’ve been trying (unsuccessfully) to resolve a debit card disbute where a $100 payment I made disappeared into the void and have had no resolution; trying figure out the next steps I went through 3 different phone trees to even find a person to ask and then that person hung up on me. 👎 Boo. I still don’t know where my $100 went and there’s probably zero chance of me getting it back

I've had several accounts and loans here over the last 15+ years. They really worked with me to find the best loan deal and have had good customer service and support. There has been a few issues with deposits going into the wrong account or a new staff member messing something up, but the errors were always corrected and their staff worked with me to figure it out.

Online banking interface is not friendly. I have an auto loan through them. They charge $5 for each paper bill unless you sign up for online payments. They remind you of this by sending you a notice that your account balance is in a deficit. So yesterday I decided to save some money and go paperless. Except one thing. You can't make a payment online. You have to deposit money into your account, then transfer funds from the savings account to the loan account. Luckily they have a mobile deposit feature. Not the end of the world, but when I chose to do that, my request for that service had to be reviewed. So we wait 24hrs. 24hrs later I get an incorrect password notification and can't sign in. Successfully change the password and am ready to make an attempt to make a mobile deposit. I'm notified that I must download the app. Once I downloaded the app, I was hit again with "incorrect password". Tried to reset it again and it notified me that the web services are down. Vocality, You've cost me more time than a stamp. You're a scam and a rip off. If you're going to go paperless and want the people who pay your bills to follow suit, make it friendly. Stop wasting your costumers time and money. Make an option to make a payment online without performing a mobile deposit, then transfer first. Or else your charge us $5 a month!? At least make it an option! Fix your website!

Everyone I’ve spoken to aside from Jose is patient, courteous and respectful. He goes so far as to make calls and harasses people as late as 8pm long after business hours. He will make threats and demand you send proof of XYZ to him when IT’s people in other departments who need that information. I have voiced my concerns with upper management and requested that he not be the one to contact me only to have him still contact me when I’m late on a payment. I’ve spoken with his other coworkers and filed complaints and apparently he treats female coworkers the very same way. I don’t recommend taking an auto loan out with vocality community credit union.

Don’t do your business here. They will charge you for anything any step of the way. Extra debit card fees every time you use it. Monthly fees if you aren’t paying attention. Can’t be used the second you step foot out of the US. They have extremely poor documentation and will charge you a monthly fee for every old statement that they have to round up for you (because they do not have any streamlined system in place). Low interest rates on savings. Poor online banking interface. Overcharge for special accounts ($11k baseline fee for a cannabis account). Very unprofessional in general. I would have left money in their longer but whats the point?
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
