They use a bill pay service that really sucks! I mean really really bucks! Once I paid a bill on a dormant account which didn't have enough $. OK my bad. My mistake, I have 5 accounts. It took them over 1 week to put my bill- pay back online. They are non-responsive. This credit union is ok, the bill pay company they use sucks beyond belief.

Without a doubt the worst bank I have ever had the misfortune to work with. Terrible customer service. Archaic tech. I wanted to give my business to a local credit union, but they have failed over and over again. Avoid this bank at all costs!

Worst service ever. New debit card arrives. I speak with a human to activate it. Next day of a three day weekend, card does not work!! Tried calling but everything at the bank is closed. I'm screwed AGAIN by my CCU. I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE THE 1980'S. What a joke. I'm expecting a call from the bank manager as soon as they decide to pick up a phone. Chase is offering me 300 bucks to move my accounts. CCU sucks!!!

California Credit Union and their staff should be lucky I ever gave them my business. That decision won’t be repeated. Shortly after opening an account, I was hit with an unexplained claim about an old balance—no documentation, no clear breakdown, just a demand to pay from their disgusting and dim witted management team in Glendale or Burbank. Or face account closure. That’s not service; that’s pressure and manipulation. I attempted to resolve the issue myself but wasn’t given adequate time. Just another sad attempt by CCU to collect on a so-called debt without proper process or respect. They ended up removing my account entirely, cutting off my access to funds. A slimy, petty move from California Credit Union that speaks volumes about how they operate. I’m so glad I kept my commercial bank account. When I mentioned to my bank manager that I’d briefly done business with CCU, they told me never to make that mistake again—because where I bank matters. Big banks offer professionalism, real support, and spacious, fully equipped branches. CCU? Their locations look like kiosks in a discount mall. They did not earn my business. Good riddance to them .

I want to thank all the workers in this location for being very responsible, attentive, and very helpful in all aspects. Especially, the Financial Service Representative, Daniel Tashchyan who went out of his way to help us. Recently was his second time helping me with everything I needed even going beyond his given responsibilities!
