I have been been a member at ACCU a little over 10 years and there have definitely been ups and downs throughout all that time but I am beyond grateful for the safety that ACCU provides when it comes to protecting my money! I moved to Tennessee almost 2 years ago and as stressful as that was and managing my account online - ACCU has been there! Currently in the process of buying a house and Edward Corrales has been so supportive with assisting me with getting all the documentation I’ve needed - a true king!!!

I applied for a checking account, received an email that I was approved. Then they told in order for my loan to get through I have to send them a picture of me holding my i.d. up and send them all my bank statements. After that was done and they collected all my sensitive information they said they changed their mind? Why didn't they tell me that before collecting all my sensitive information?
