SkyOne Federal Credit Union used to be very good institution, Apparently last year they changed a lot even though I kept my debt to pay before the due date they still keep charging me from having a Credit card member plus the interest charges. Went crazy I love this institution back then not anymore. Closed my Credit card account. :( I have been a member since 2010 If I am not mistaken. I just closed my credit card account just this month Feb 2026, charges doesn't makes sense at all. I like Eric though who helped me a lot for my personal loan, keep up the great work Eric.

I am beyond frustrated with this bank and their auto loan service. What should have been a simple process has turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. The customer service is absolutely terrible. No one gives clear answers, and every time I call, I get different information. It feels like the representatives are either not trained properly or simply don’t care. I’ve spent so much time trying to fix issues that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. On top of that, there is a complete lack of communication and accountability. No one follows up, no one takes responsibility, and I’m left dealing with the consequences of their mistakes. For something as important as a car loan, this level of service is unacceptable. I regret choosing this bank for my auto loan and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

They used to be awesome but about a year ago they started charging fees on EVERYTHING The car loan is unstable, and every month they charge too much. They changed the credit card with Elena and it's horrible, they charge fees per month plus fees for purchases. On the debit card they charge you for every time a charge is not made due to lack of funds, I went to Mexico for 3 weeks and I could not make deposits the point is that they tried to charge me 4 times the same amount of $120 of something and I ended up paying the same in fee, $30 Dlls for each attempt. I was a customer since 2017.

This bank is terrible now! I have been with them for almost 20 years and raved about them to everyone but now they have gone so down hill. They seem annoyed when answering the phones, like I am calling the DMV or something. They don't tell you all the details and sucker you into certain accounts, then don't hold up their end of the deal, even with audio proof. Look at the most recent reviews, all terrible, so clearly this is just the beginning. Plus, they don't even respond to the 1 stars, to fix the problem because they don't care. But of course they will respond to all the 5 stars, like they deserved them or something. A true business cares about where they are failing and want to improve, clearly they don't.

They used to be awesome but about a year ago they started charging fees on EVERYTHING. BUT if you're over age 65 or if you keep a balance above 10k, there are supposed to be no fees. I keep 30k in there and I'm over 65. But I just checked and not only have they been charging me a fee over a year AFTER I mentioned my age and balance, iI'm now also seeing several unauthorized savings withdrawals ranging from $30 to $65. I sm the ONLY ONE with access to the account and Im a depositor only, not a withdrawer. One of the reasons we all keep our money in the banks is to keep it safe from theives. I never expected the theives to be on the other side of the counter! Unless it's accidental. But Ive done businesses with 5 or 6 banks over tye years with zero problems. Im not comfortable with people who have accidents with my money.
