Danisha is so amazing. She helped Give me corrected error that my apartments made. Our customer service is absolutely amazing. I came into Bay credit union very upset about my situation and love with a smile on my face because of her kindness and her understanding. I will definitely be returning to this location if she is there

I had such an amazing experience at Bay Cities Credit Union the other day. I originally went in for a withdrawal. Then I asked the teller “How long would it take to get a car loan” since I was on my lunch hour I didn’t think it was possible but decided to give it a try. There was literally no wait. As soon as I sat down a lady by the name of Aurora called my name. I explained what I was trying to do. She was very clear, she had a better idea. I ended up refinancing my truck to a much better rate And was approved for a loan to buy my “Dream car” The whole transaction was done during my lunch hour. Thank you to Aurora for working with me and getting this done. All Banks should take notes on how Bay Cities Credit Union is getting business done. Because this is by far the Easiest, fastest and friendliest transaction I have ever done at any bank. Thanks again AURORA! You ROCK!

The worst place to do business. The customer service is mediocre not warm, and they seem to be untrusting with member of affiliate branch members. I had a cashiers check that was sent to me by my bank for a funding with my credit union. They watched me open the envelope detach the remit and sign the back . The teller brought it to the bank manager ( Michelle) which brought it back to me stating they didn't trust that it was real. And told me because the way it looked to her, she wasn't accepting my check. Instead of call the bank for me to verify the check. (which takes 5 minutes) she decides to reject my payment. That's not how you do business. Very unfriendly. I wouldn't anyone who is handling my money treating me or anyone else this way . Don't bank with Bay Cities credit union. If they can't trust you why would you trust them..

Please just do not trust this bank. I been with them for 14 years. And officially had enough. My deposits are processed in my account whenever they want to, no type of security. I only feel comfortable talking to the director. This is not a bank you trust. Please choose another bank.
