12-3-25 I canβt say enough about Crystal Jimenez at the Fountain Vally office. Crystal was a consummate professional. She was friendly, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and proficient. I wanted to refinance my Auto and take out a personal loan and she made the process smooth and seamless. She was extremely responsive and exceeded my expectations in terms of ETA and follow up. Iβm so happy that I selected NuVision for my auto and personal loan needs! Thanks Crystal for the fantastic work. You hit a grand slam!!

Customer Service in the Mortgage Department is utterly terrible. I have a Mortgage with them for 19 years, never a missed payment. I called to rectify the problem about their system recently where my payment didn't get credited to the Mortgage payment. Their system incorrectly sent my payment to an escrow account. The customer service said she will get the problem corrected. That correction didn't happen. Had to talk to another customer service and then their superior. And problem is still not rectified. More wasted time unnecessarily. The one redeeming quality is that their rate is good. But The Mortgage department is very unprofessional.

β β β β β More than five stars! I attended the seminar on January 14 in Huntington Beach, CA, hosted by Nuvision Credit Union, and it was an outstanding experience. The event was very well organized, and Salomon Quijada was extremely kind and professional, providing excellent service and creating a welcoming environment from start to finish. The presenter, Jimmy Esqueda, delivered an exceptional presentation that exceeded my expectations. He explained the topics clearly, professionally, and in a very easy-to-understand manner, demonstrating great knowledge and expertise. Highly educational, professional, and valuable. I highly recommend Nuvision Credit Union and their events.

My company has been Banking with Nuvision for years. We are incredibly happy with the service, support, and the partnership we have together. Abraham the branch manager goes out of his way and is always welcoming. Both Brinker Industries and Nuvision believe in growing together. I really love the personal touch, not just with Business, but on the personal side.

I was the unfortunate recipient of Mazda selling these guys my car loan. They goofed with my insurance and insisted on charging me $200 a month to get coverage that my own insurance doubled. Getting a hold of anyone to talk to it was 2 days of frustration and so I gave up and decided to just pay it off. First person I talked to gave me the wrong account # and the wire transfer didn't go through. The 2nd person I talked to was competent and explained a new process where I had to put the money in a savings account and then they'll take payment. I did the wire transfer and have been on hold for over 2 hours now just waiting to talk to someone. Previous calls my hold times were over 20 minutes each. Since I'm sitting here waiting I figured I'd share my experience with the world. I will never ever open an account with this company if this is the normal experience. Update: I picked the option #1 to have them call me back. They eventually called back after 3 and a half hours, I picked up, said hello and then they immediately disconnected. This place is crap service. Update #2 it was a total of 5 hours waiting before I was able to talk to someone. Once I did get someone on the phone she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
