If I can give zero stars I would. We have been with them for over 20 years, I have had excellent experience with Jeff in the past. However with Audie I have never been more disappointed with customer service due to their error of emailing… refused to help us because they closed in an hour and the paper work would take more than hour mind you on the phone he said it would take 5-10 minutes to assist us. We show up in person and all Audie could say, it’s too late he can’t help us, come back tomorrow. When on the phone he said it would take 10 mins and we got there at 3:08pm. He is a liar and lazy because he wanted to leave at 4pm on the dot. I am so disappointed this is how I am treated after being a customer for 20+ years! Not to mention Audie, sent us the wrong form. He couldn’t even apologize. Do not bank here. Unless you’re working with Jeff Lower.. working with Audie, do not do so unless you want to leave feeling disappointed and angry.

This credit union delivers on phenomenal customer service. There are actual live people who answer the phone when you call, so you don't have to waste time with an automated phone service. We always deal directly with Audie and his customer service is amazing!

Been going here for almost 50 years they haven't let me, my family, or friends & clients down yet! If you want to do banking that is friendly and everyone knows your name Inland Federal Credit Union is a place to go! Car loans are done expediently and our home mortgage refinance went smoothly also. Their rates are fair and they explain the details for your situation as you go, I couldn't ask for more!

I am over 2,000 miles from home and needed to make several transactions and with Audie Uy's help and patience everything went so smoothly. He is such a asset to this business he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease.
