Horrible. Do not recommend at all. I submitted a loan application for two investment properties at the beginning of March. I was quoted a rate and was told that rate would be honored due to their delayed response times because of the increase in applications they received. I had called everyday after I submitted my application to check in and was told not to worry my rate would be honored. It took the loan officer (Noley) over a week to call me and he told me they can’t honor the rate they quoted me because they don’t do investment property loans it’s through another company and they have no control over it. Why was this never disclosed in the beginning? If they don’t do investment loans why would I submit an application through them when I could have just contacted that mortgage company directly? I asked for a manager to call me. I had to leave 3 messages over several weeks for the manager Joey to call me back. When he did call he said there’s nothing that they can do about it. He was unsympathetic, unapologetic and defensive during conversation. Mind you this whole process took over a month just for me to finally talk to a manager for them to say there’s nothing they can do. Horrible business model and customer experience. Don’t bank or submit loans through them, they are awful. Take your money elsewhere. I sure will be. I’ll also be filing a complaint and letting the branch manager know.

Quiet, professional place with prompt service from well-informed staff. Interesting architecture and layout, especially the driveway and parking lot. It's almost as if they don't want people to easily get from the door to their car or be able to drive a vehicle right to the front door and park there or something. You'll see what i mean when you get there.

I had horrible service, rarely was updated or received confirmations from staff on behalf of my client who is buying a home out of state. Even the branch manager was snarky and rude when I expressed my disappointment in the service.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
