I don't know why there's such low reviews. I use the Livermore location and the employees are always so nice and helpful. Wait time isn't bad more often than not. And the bank is great at keeping an eye on my account for suspicious activity and correcting it. I miss how they used to make new debit cards on site, though. It's a pain waiting for them to arrive in the mail. That's my only negative comment.

They use to have good service. Now they treat members like garbage. If you need to withdraw cash you have to let them know a week in advance. Otherwise they won't give you your own money. The manager words: "we are not like Bank of America". So I guess they are telling you what to do.

This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, they create issues they cannot resolve and you have to go through a third party even though they are the ones charging you. I dont want to get into a long detailed story but if you can go elsewhere i would.

Absolute GARBAGE! I wanted to pay off my personal loan in full (a no payoff penalty loan) and they have ALL KINDS OF LIMITS...daily...weekly.... monthly. Avoid at all costs. I have filed complaints with the BBB and the credit union bureau..... all because they wont accept FULL payment on my loan. They are a total JOKE!! They make it extremely difficult to pay them off so they can collect more interest. JOIN THE MODERN ERA...allow your customers to pay you off online in real time.

Completely inept at the los positas branch! They don't handle paperwork properly, when my parents died they were ineffective in communicating & handling the Trust. I came in once at 4:45pm & they said I should have come in sooner! I had just driven 3hrs! Don't waste your time there, go to the Pleasanton Branch.
