Walked in to one teller helping someone. I waited 10 minutes at the front of the line. One of the bankers called me up and then told me that I needed to wait even longer. I was then told I have to wait until they help everyone else who got in line behind me because its lunch time? So now ive waiting in line and I was told to get in the back of the line because its 11 am and they decided to all take lunch? The one teller who was there just walked away and didnt say anything. She said I didnt have an appointment yet I waiting my turn and I called before hand to let them know and they said to come in. Why would they tell me to come in if I was going to have to be told to wait? When I expressed it didnt seem right having to wait more, I was dismissed and just told that they were going to help everyone else in line first.

The crew at Cal State LA FCU are awesome. They financed my first car in almost 30 years! Thanks Blanca and Leonor!

This bank is rarely crowded, close by, just remodeled, and looks great, and the staff here is awesome! They solve any problems you might be having, and quickly too, they give you good advice, and are all very nice, friendly, and helpful. They have top security so your money will be safe. You will totally be satisfied. I am.

Decided to take my money out of the big banks a few years back. This bank seemed inexpensive and friendly enough. Upon multiple visits to the bank over the years I began noticing very lax security measures like checking ID before each transaction. Not to mention the atm was always out of service making it inconvenient for after hours transactions. I was patient and continued using this bank. Unfortunately I was a victim of fraud over the holiday season, I lost everything. The bank offered no help and took no accountability for their obvious security lapse. And on top of the denial, they wanted me to pay all the money back! What is the point of putting your money in a bank? For security right? They have no security and will never admit their shortcomings. This is not a bank. This is a small time whole-in-the-wall credit union that is not worth using on a day-to-day basis. I do not recommend this bank.

(CSULA ALUM) Went to make a large deposit with another CU debt card (CO-OP) inside the branch; I didn't have a bank account there. The teller turned me away without asking me if I wanted to open an account. Congratulations, you turned away a possible new customer.
