I am extremely disappointed 😞 in this institution as I am on the road and lost my debit card and the agent insisted that my card could not be sent not to me directly but at to private address that that people are allowing me to stay at. I begged the agent to not force me to do that to the people who are letting me stay at their address. I have definitely been sent a card in a very timely manner before at a secure business location similar to an Amazon locker so I don't see any reason why this could not have been the case this time. This has caused me no small amount of trouble as I would be perfectly fine with someone using my address like this but some phone people are not as generous as I am. In conclusion, I hope that the time i have taken to comment will result in this institution correcting this absurd inconvenience to a loyal customer in the future. Oh the humanity!

Service isn’t what it once was, also seems to be a lot of new/different people working there. I’ve had good and bad experiences here, this last time seemed to be quick and easy so can’t complain, plenty of parking, clean facility, large building. Early hours for firefighters is a big plus.

Been with this credit union for over 20 years and there service has been on the decline. Firefighters insurance service is terrible and there loan department is the same. I recently tried to get a major loan product from them and it was a terrible process which I did not proceed with because of their invalid information they received from a third party. I wish this was the credit union of old but its not. If I was not heavily vested in this credit union would definitely change.

I want to give a huge thank you to Andrew and Theresa at Firefighters First for their exceptional communication and attention to detail. Their responsiveness and dedication to getting in touch with members as quickly as possible truly stand out. In any successful organization, great customer service is essential—and in my opinion, Andrew and Theresa are the foundation of that success here. Thank you both for always being there for us. Your support means a lot!

I cannot say enough good things about this credit union. Their customer service is always on point, you get treated like a real person. Their products and services are wonderful. I was with a major bank for 28 years and left because I felt disrespected and mistreated. At Firefighters first Credit Union, they take care of you like family.
