Usually I love to make good reviews, but not today. I went to open regular account they took whole information, I brought all statements and documents, spent time! And it is not enough! Without telling me checked my credit report. I don’t recommend to open an account there!

Steer clear of this bank in general, not just this branch. Horrible customer service all around. Can never reach anyone on the phone and online chat is never helpful. In person they’re somehow even worse. This branch refused to accept my deposit of loose change. How can they even call themselves a bank if they don’t have machine to sort loose change? It’s pathetic and ridiculous. US bank, Wells Fargo, even other credit unions I’ve had in the past always have been able to accept my money in change. Coinstar is a ripoff. Banks used to be reliable. Not any more I guess. Horrible horrible horrible

Signed up for a bank account and the folks were unseasonably kind. The banker worked with me to get my account open, explained everything eloquently, and was patient with my questions. Even management was welcoming! Overall an excellent experience already and I'm so glad to finally leave @NFCU in the dust.

The branch manager here, Jose Luevano, leads a solid staff. I recently opened an account and had a pleasant experience starting with a kind greeting from the guard at the front door. I highly recommend that any serious business professionals request to speak with Sophia regarding any critical financial affairs, as she provided excellent service while creating my account. Although Jonathan, another representative, also did an outstanding job of picking up where we left off while walking me through the online banking enrollment. This team is a great representation of the California Credit Union's capabilities!

I can't say enough good things about my experience and California Credit Union and the Branch Manager, Richard Cowell. I have accounts in a number of large banks in the area and have always had problems when I need help. There is so much red tape and getting in touch with someone is impossible. Richard Cowell has helped me numerous times in the last few months. He is easy to get in touch with and has gone out of his way to help. Whenever I have had a problem, I send him an email and he usually responds within minutes. He just let me know about a great rate on a savings account of 4.75 percent without my money being tied up in a cd. He took care of everything for me and set me up. I really appreciate that you don't feel like a number at California CCU. They are great!
