The Baseline: For a bank I need to do easy transactions, the staff needs to be helpful, and the services offered must be good. September 2025 Review: Service: I used teller services and it was very fast and efficient. The particular needs I had were met. Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. April 2025 Review: Service: Everyone of the staff i have dealt with has been friendly and as helpful as they could be. I had a recent transaction with an ATM issue on getting a check back and the staff here were very helpful. Facility: Great facility that is clean and decorative to the season. Bathrooms were clean too. The area is well set up for the offered services. Previous Review (October 2024) - Five Stars I love this location for my credit union needs. The staff has always been helpful, friendly, and attentive to any issues I have had. Good number of ATMs (2 walk up, 2 drive through). It is always festive for whatever season we are in.

I had such a great experience at this branch, thanks to Julian Z. From the moment I walked in, a staff member helped me right away and answered my questions. That is very rare these days, since a lot of people in customer service don’t seem to care anymore. While I waited, I noticed there was another couple ahead of me. I pay close attention to how people are treated, and I was really impressed. Julian came out, checked on the couple, and then checked on me as well. He made sure they were taken care of before helping me, which showed real respect and care. When it was my turn, Julian went out of his way to help me with my questions and a situation I needed to take care of. He was patient, kind, and truly went above and beyond. He even made the whole process easy, smooth, and surprisingly fun. I don’t think anyone ever leaves a bank saying, “Wow, that was fun,” but he made it feel that way. I was referred to this place by a few close friends, and now I see why. I left feeling confident that the staff and the services they offer are outstanding. That means a lot nowadays. I really hope Julian’s supervisor sees this, because he has excellent people skills something many people lack now and he is a big reason why I decided to bank here. I highly recommend this location for anyone with banking needs.

I arrived to the branch 25 minutes before close on a Saturday. The Saturday before Christmas, to be exact. When I told the branch manager/supervisor (Mo) on site my need & asked whether any teller could help me, she immediately told me she would handle it when my turn came up in line. And when it did, she did! Not only did she help me with my initial need but also went above & beyond to help me with 2 other items that arose while I was there. She & her team were extremely patient & kind- exactly when I needed it. I didn’t leave the bank until almost 3 pm & all my needs were met. Thank you, Mo, for your customer service and kindness.

Well what can I see from the first day I met Diana Escobedo she was extremely helpful and who would’ve known that would’ve been the continued experience I’d receive from this credit union. I came from NASA fcu who was great as well but for some reason Kinecta has gone the extra mile for me. Not only have they helped me grow and learn my finically goals but also helped me correct my mistakes. I appreciate this bank so much and can’t wait to grow my wealth with them! Thank you for everything Kinecta. I appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart!

This review is intended for Ric Crenshaw, a Member Service Specialist for Kinecta FCU. On Oct.6, 2025, Ric received my call regarding a payment I made on my app, to pay for a credit card (a different bank, not Kinecta's). The payment was never received by the other bank & I wanted to stop payment on the check sent. Ric was very polite, patient, & professional in the way he handled the situation. He spent an hour with me, internally calling different departments on his end, relating to me exactly what's he doing on the scene. Ultimately he has to transfer me to a different department, giving me the name & # of the department just in case I got disconnected, so thoughtful !!! All & all, he's done more than expected of him, his mannerism & patience is very soothing for any member who's calling & needing help. The matter was eventually taken care of with the other department, but not after an additional 35min over the phone.
