DO NOT! I repeat. DO NOT!! Use this credit union. They are by far the worst credit union I've ever used, no contest. They will not help you whatsoever when it comes to disputes or anything of that nature. They will make a thousand excuses for why they can't seem to do anything and try to make it seem like its your fault. The customer service is atrocious, and thats assuming you can even get someone on the phone. On that note expect to be on hold for at least 30minutes to 4 hours just to be told their basically useless. They will pull out all the stops so that they don't have to do anything on your behalf.

Shell credit union used to be an awsome credit union ran really well. Now their service really sucks and the manager is really rude. They started adding hidden fees to my account after 10 years and changed some policies that put my account security at risk. There are a lot of other credit unions out there pick another and keep your money safe and secure! Their phone customers service is very poor also

First Alex tells you he can help you get a car, then he runs your credit messing up your credit even more, then he won't return your phone calls to explain what's going on. He claims he is calling banks and sells yo this dream of getting you into a car and then nothing... Find a better car dealership. You can do a lot better than Jordan and Alex at Calidad Motors. These people are not professionals what so ever. Trust me... E. Sullivan.

Great experience every time I go there with friendly staff, quick service, and a close, family feel as I and others interact with the staff. I wish all financial institutions operated this way. I've been banking for over 30 years and no experience tops what I have received at SWSFCU.

I’ve been with this bank since 1996. They have great services despite of being a small bank.
