Horrendous overdraft fees. They'll stack transactions against you on purpose. They've stated this is their policy. Randomly lock debit cards over the weekend for no reason, no fraud, no overdraft, no explanation. No 24/7 line to call for card emergencies. Horrible AI trash phone system. This credit union has gone down hill bad.

The worst literally i took 30 pictures of my checks and it refuses to deposit so here i go to waste my time at this bank that literally locks my account whenever they feel like it. Cant waste a certain amount cause than they will lock you out for a whole day like i pay bills??? I recommend getting something different

I had really great service from Esther. Signed up and they had many different options, great followup and professional service. I like the branch. Negatives 1-closed on Saturday(not even short hours, like a 9am -12pm. Valley First is open 9am- 1pm on Saturdays. 2nd- they do not have same day ATM cards to be made for customers, Valley First does. The debit cards take 7-14 days to get to a new customer. The technology is there, they just need to step up to the new technology. I would advise to grab some extra cash in case until card comes in.

When I logged in to leave today's review of MOCSE Credit Union I noted that it was a 2.5 over 17 reviews. Certainly mediocre to say the least. Here's my review. After my recent experience, I can certainly see why. First, I opened an account several years ago as it was convenient to my home and as a teacher at the time, I was in their target demographic. Over the years I have seen them downsize their operation, make decisions that were counter to their customer's best service and generally do all the things that we see in an operation that is trying to extinct itself. Walk inside and you will see a shadow of what it once was. Today's visit was necessitated as before Christmas (nearly some four weeks ago) a merchant had signed me up for a monthly charge against my wishes. To explain it briefly a QR code was attached to a card given us at an event that turned out to have nothing to do with the vendor we were patronizing. As soon as I saw the charge, I immediately went to the branch and explained the situation, and telling that the charge was in dispute (by the way, if you try to work with the folks on the phone, you will have difficulty communicating with them, and the binary script they work from leaves little chance that they will properly address your concern, much less that you will come away satisfied. But this is the business model MOCSE has adopted and the subcontractor that saves them a few pennies I am sure). When I explained my issue to the teller (that I was disputing ONE SINGLE CHARGE) and that the others from the trip I had just completed were all in order, he kept saying how he couldn't stop the charge, only cancel and reissue a new card. If only that were true! He cancelled my card against my wishes (causing the havoc that goes with having to deal with any and all merchants who are linked to that card). Then, this bright young fellow, re-ordered my wife's card but not mine. I patiently waited for mine, weeks after she had gotten hers to no avail. So he did exactly what I predicted, messed things up for me, causing another delay in getting my replacement card and more inconvenience. Were there any apologies, no, were there any compensation (I have to return again to pick up the replacement) no. This poor quality of service is fast becoming the MOCSE way. Dear MOCSE, how about rather than hiding behind flawed policy that doesn't serve your customers, instead frontload giving your depositors competency? We look forward to the day in the near future when we close all of our accounts at MOCSE, reconsolidate with B of A and Tri Counties where our much more substantial amounts are placed.
