Applied online for an auto loan and was denied without any reason given. Was told through a text that I would receive a phone call soon from and agent but never did. I followed up by calling the office and didn't get much help other than "CHANTAL" said I was denied. When I asked would someone call to discuss the circumstances of my denial, I was told no. These people were so persistent to get me to fill out an online application but once it was denied then they didn't want to be bother with me. Horrible customer service and horrible communication from the people who answers the phone to those that won't assist you in finding ways to get you approved.

Service in this place is great. I've gone here abs they are very knowledgeable about what they know. Carscouts has helped me out with making purchasing a car easy and quick. They have help with finding what I am looking for and something similar if needed. I would recommend this place is your thinking of opening another bank account or credit card.

Terrible service! Called to put in a travel notification for out of state. 2 days into my trip my account is blocked. No one available to help after hours. I called the following business day and it turns out the person who took care of my notification placed an “international” notification instead of out of state. My card is declined two days later without being told. I called in the morning and was told to pick up a new card that same day. When I arrive and ask for a new card I’m told their machine is down and I would have to wait 7-10 days for it to arrive in the mail. I don’t have 7-10 days to wait for a new card. I use my card for DAILY purchases. Very inefficient customer service.

Redo auto Loan in 2025, They charged daily rate if they received payment late, however I paid 7 days earlier, and they charge so much interest daily rate. This is bullshit. If your loan 5 years, it will be 6 years to pay for this bullshit things. They never use fixed rate,but mainipulate daily rate as a scam. I will report this to credit bureau agency.
