F&A is the best in all aspects, Very strict process to log in, making it safe for all of us and hard for scammers. Customer service is the best. I got to talk to Edger and David most of the time, They are the best of the best. Thank you F&A for having great employees. I been with F&A for more than 30 years and my whole clan is F&A Members and enjoyed the best services and products F&A Offers. Special Thanks to Edger and David for providing superb service each time I called. I rated 5 star service if i could give higher than 5 star I would. Great services and products.

Wonderful credit union! Everyone is friendly and helpful. During the pandemic, we would just go through the "drive thru".... Still go to Monterey park and the one in Whittier! Love when staff dresses up for Halloween 🎃

I use to really love this credit union joined in 2000. Recently I had a experience getting money out my account as well as getting cashier checks at a co-op branch I've been using for years. Never had any problems now they want to say it's the other credit union it's not them and we'll get back with you we got to go through the electronics department and all kinds of stuff so I decided to take my money out and leave the $5 in there for membership but still as of today nothing has been resolved and I have had more than enough money to do any transaction but seem to fail. I can't have my money tied up so I decided to take all of it out and try another credit union or another commercial Bank.
