Kerry was super friendly, knowledge, and empathetic to my call and went above and beyond to correct an error in the system that incorrectly blocked and mailed me a new debt card. She went though multiple departments and worked with coworkers to get my card turned back on and saved the day so I could pay my bills on time. She also saved my credit from ruin because that mistake would have been my first missed bill ever and with plans to buy a car next week, my credit is extreme important right now. Kerry was a Rockstar, huge thank you to her. Definitely someone setting the bar for service, deserves major recognition and who needs to be moved up to a higher role to pass on her amazing professionalism and attitude.

Recently gotten real bad, had an account for years and as of today now closed. Randomly upgraded my account without asking me, and so I got fees for this new account I didn't even ask for! Wow guys it has free credit check, definitely worth the fees! Definitely can't get that for free from virtually everywhere online and every other bank and every other thing that has money involved including just Credit Karma. Feels like the story you hear over and over, where a company starts out good and then as they start expanding they get worse and worse for their consumers. You guys are bragging about how you're expanding and taking over other banks, and then randomly you upgrade everyone's account via "a letter in the mail" that I never even got, telling them how they should be so grateful that now they get to pay for their free checking account! I was told I could have opted out in the letter I never got.

Yesterday, I called the Toll-Free Member number to resolve an issue regarding direct deposit with a new employer. It’s possible I may have made a mistake filling out info on my employers end or the bank needed to still make the verification on their end. Payday didn’t go through, so I had to check. Jasmine answered the phone & asked why I was calling …normal. But then the answer of “That’s a big ask with alot of information I don’t know yet.. let me see what I can do” You asked why I was calling & as a member, I asked: 1) if i have a direct deposit pending for verification & 2) if I can check if I put the correct info on my employers end. It doesn’t sound complicated to solve, but okay..?? She asks the typical info needed to access my account. Fine, I give my info. She then asks for my “‘verbal password”. I don’t have one because I’ve never had to use the Toll-Free number & I made my account when I was a teen. “Verbal Password” didn’t exist then & I told her that. Instead of saying “Oh! You don’t have one. Would you like to make one?” as my sibling had previously experienced through the Toll-Free Line & simply created with their account.. I get answered with “That’s fine. Let’s use other info to get in.” Okay, great. I answer all is needed & in the end .. “Sorry I can’t access the account”. OKAY.. sooo I gave you all my personal info & you can’t access my account. WEIRD. NOW WHAT JASMINE??? So then I just ask for help on correct info for my employer’s direct deposits end. She states that she can transfer me to someone for help on that & I already knew by the phone’s tone she transfered me nowhere. I filled the End-Of-Call Survey & later drove to the branch location instead. Save your time & do yourself a favor.. don’t call the Toll-Free number for help. They’re useless. Jasmine wasted my time & among other things that changed with this bank, I’m now officially looking into other credit unions to take my business elsewhere.

I had to contact member services 5x in 3 hours to try to get into my account. 4x it was not done. Thankfully I got Isha and that girl is fantastic!!! Patience of a Saint and very knowledgeable! I told her of my concern with having to type in my full social security #, and also using the 'remember' me tab, in case of phone lost or stolen. I've had several problems over the last year, with unable to file a dispute. FINALLY a dispute option is on the app!! Please pass on to her supervisor how she is such a knowledgeable member service rep. Marinemomof3 NOTED: The "Owner" responds, the ONLY owner(s) are the MEMBERS
