I do not like giving negative reviews unless I feel that people need to be warned. I have been out of state on two occasions where my card bounced trying to pay for important things like hotels and food, knowing that we had funds. One time my husband and I had to pay for our team's hotels for reimbursement and the bank (formerly called Ontario-Montclair School Employees FCU) would not approve the purchase. Thank God we had another means of payment or else all of our athletes would have not had a place to rest before our State competition. I don't know how that would've worked itself out. Also, there have been times were I've gotten checks and the bank would put a hold on the check for a week. I had to call and send emails (yes, emails) in order for them to lift the hold, and still got hassle about that. The hold was apart of their policy. I would personally suggest School's First FCU!

Whoever Jose is in the finance department needs help with professionalism. I’m sorry you work at a bank and should do banking information. He is the rudest person out there never have I encountered someone like him and I hope no one else has to

50% of the time seems to be an issue with the ATM here. Location is convenient but might have to drive out of the way now for a different ATM. Went to withdraw money and it went into sleep mode. My bank says it withdrew $$ but nothing came out. Talked to the manager Jessica and she didn’t seem to care.

This credit union reminds us of what customer service should be. We've been customers since January/February 2016 and have not been let down. This small institution treats it's customers like people and not like someone else in line like big institutions. So far we've been greeted with sincere smiles from new accounts, tellers and the loan department. Hopefully you will not be disappointed here. We plan on being lifelong members.
