I had an excellent experience with Ryan Ellis. He is very professional , patient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly and he make sure my concern were addressed without rushing. His positive attitude and attention to details made the entire process smooth and stress free. It's rare to receive this level of customer service and it truly made a difference. Highly recommended.

Jessica made me so comfortable about applying for a loan with Ocean Air. She was professional and so friendly as we filled out the application. Her follow up was so prompt! And explaining the process very clear, so I really had no questions as she took me through it all. I have nothing but yays!! For my experience with Jessica.

Made an appointment due to family member passing. Due to this there were a lot of moving parts that Marisol walked me through. She was very understanding while maintaining her professionalism. She took the time to answer my questions (which were many) and if she was uncertain she took whatever additional time needed, even though I went well past my scheduled time, to verify her responses to make sure that I fully understood as well as make me feel confident in where we were going.. I have had many appointments at the Gonzales location over the past few years and no matter who I worked with they were all extremely professional with Marisol at the top of this list. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is looking for a good product as well as a professional group of people.

Im writing this review let everyone know how i feel about every bank teller and manager I've ever dealt with at Ocean Air bank. Everyone has always been so friendly and helpfull with my banking. One young lady in particular by the name of Trish has gone above and beyond for four months , by helping me get a refund back into my checking account after an online purchase fell through. She never forgot about me. And made many phone calls on my behalf to help me get my refund. I can't thank her enough for that. Thank you Trish.

Everyone there is exceptional at helping the customer. Very professional and friendly. Especially Oscar he makes the transaction so easy and when I have to make deposits and withdraw money. I’d like to also mention Calvin and Cea. For some reason, I always seem to get those three and they’ve always are very hard workers and friendly and very professional. That’s why I love going to this bank they are very efficient.
