To be honest i have kept my arrowhead account as long as i have because im too lazy to go through all my bills and change my autopay. I mostly use arrowhead to transfer money out and keep my savings in different banking institutions that offer high yield savings. My problem is this past weekend i locked myself out of my account. And i don’t now if i rubbed the call center employee the wrong way, but i felt he was giving me attitude. I know to them me calling to get myself back into my account is maybe a waste of time or whatever but it’s not my fault the app is so out of date. Towards the end of the call the supervisor asked me to stay on the line for a survey (then hung up the call before i had the chance). I had no intention on even doing the survey… but I’m sure they knew they were being rude to me and didn’t want me to give any feedback. I guess now I’m being petty because here i am sharing my experience.

I’ve been with Arrowhead for about 2 years now, it’s amazing! The staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend banking here especially if it’s your first time opening a bank account.

I had a loan w a different credit union and they closed so my loan was taken over by arrowhead. I was not here by choice. I paid my loan EVERY MONTH on time and the ONE time i was late they didn’t waive the fee. Said there was nothing they could do about it even when i told them i was PAYING OFF my loan, still did not budge. Customer svc -5 stars, useless, i called 5 occasions for my account number to pay off the loan and not one could get it right 😵💫 crazy how these corporations work. 0/10 do not recommend

They are completely unwilling to help you in your time of need. Ive been a member for over 10 years, had a saving’s account worth upwards of 6-figures, & now that I’m asking for a financial hardship plan for my credit card, they are completely unwilling to work with me. I thought I was making a smart choice by avoiding the big banks & working with a small credit union, but this credit union is worse than the big banks. At least the big banks care when you’re in need & help create a plan for you to avoid falling behind on your payments. This credit union does not care at all. I closed out all of my accounts with them & will warn others, as well.
