I have been with Members 1st Credit Union and I have had excellent service with any transaction I have had them. The customer service is always 5 star. Best Credit Union/Bank in town.

I recently went in to the Anderson branch to open up a new account. The staff there are welcoming, patient and professional. All my questions were thoroughly explained and they helped me through the entire process of setting up my online banking app as well. I am very happy with the service.

I love this credit union in every way. They’re always so professional, helpful and positive. They have great programs too and I feel like they really live up to their name of Members 1st! Have been with them for 8 years now and love going here for all my banking & finance needs.

I was misinformed by SEVERAL different employees. one of them is named Kayla. terrible experience, I WILL NOT recommend this CU to anyone I know. my bank card was swiped and an unauthorized transaction occurred. NO way shape or form was ANY of this process helpful or easy for me. no “temporary” bank card to access my funds. not open on the weekends. have to come on my lunch breaks during the week for funds. took 3 hours to finally set up my bank card. I WILL be changing banks. what are people supposed to do if certain companies only take cards? raise up my arms and said “sorry, my bank doesn’t give temporary cards so I guess I’ll have to be late for 7-10 days who knows” ridiculous. thanks members first :)
