This is the worst Credit Union/Banking industry i have dealt with and Im only still there to keep up on my mothers banking. There app for the phone is so low budget you cant do a thing on it but view balance. It looks like one of my old video games i had in the 70s. Their web page is lil better but still your stuck in the 80s. The app half the time puts up questions that you would have never picked to answer and then kicks you off. To no end your going to be stuck calling them and talking to someone which is nt much better. You will get diff answers from each person you talk to and you will even get diff answer from the manager on day to the next on the same exact question. If you have the option for a credit union that is up to date, { this one doesnt even have a recorder or voice mail stating they are open and busy or even CLOSED it just rings } I just dont want to call and talk to them i want to get what i need to done ans move on to the next thing. I WILL HAVE TO SAY THAT THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY NICE WHEN TALK TO THEM.

Friendly staff, yes it's a federal building and the hours are shorter but many of the rates are much cheaper then other banks and your cab use any atm to withdraw money. Highly recommended.
