I always go to this altura location even if it’s a bit further from home because I am always given 10 out of 10 service. The staff is friendly especially Rosemery!! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. She took her time to help me resolve an issue I was having with my account and was able to get it fixed in no time thanks to her. Other locations gave me a hard time but she fixed it instantly . Will continue coming to this branch due to the amazing service

I have bought 3 cars thru Altua and have always had a great experience! Charyl Freeman did a excellent job in getting me exactly what I was looking for at a great price. She made it easy for me to just come in and sign paperwork and drive off with a clean car and a full tank! Excellent job Charyl!

Charyl F. Is the auto expert for altura and she got us an amazing deal for our new car. She is a skilled, creative and professional worker, with her she will get you what you want and a good deal. Anna who works for Altura helped us with car loan. Both workers are very professional, kind, hospitable and helpful. If you’re looking for a new car, don’t go to the dealer. Look into credit union AutoExperts.

I’m extremely disappointed with how Altura Credit Union handled my situation. A fraudulent account was opened in my name around June 2020 while I was deployed overseas, and despite repeated disputes and requests, Altura has refused to properly investigate or provide proof that I ever opened or used this account. Their fraud department has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional — one representative even refused to escalate my case or review my documentation. I asked multiple times for a copy of the signed loan agreement or account application, and they could not provide one. Yet, Altura continues to report a “loan charge-off” with a $0 balance on my credit reports, which makes no sense and damages my reputation and credit standing. No consumer deserves this kind of treatment, especially after becoming a victim of identity theft. I strongly urge Altura Credit Union to take accountability, train their staff in proper fraud procedures, and fix their broken reporting process.
