I opened an account for the cheap rates on car loans, and was happy about the rate. The parts that I've been very dissatisfied with: 1) I was given a written waiver by Lauana Whetstone that I did not need to carry insurance with deductible of $500, and that $1500 would be fine. Her direct response via email, "Yes, I spoke to my supervisor, and she said that was fine. You are approved." THEN a year later, my account was flagged for not having proper insurance deductible limits, and SHE NEVER took accountability for lying to me or rescinding it, simply stating that I needed to update the deductible and resend. 2) They sign you up for 3rd party crap like TrueStage life insurance, and the site is broken and doesn't allow you to opt out. I sent emails and showed this, and there was never a response. 3) Their site now has a completely broken workflow to accept terms from a 3rd party integration that only allows you to accept them. You can't access your bank account without it. If you want to decline (the button doesn't do anything), they still want you to say you accept, but then 'they will manually disenroll you and send a confirmation email'. Except that never happens and there is no confirmation. What an absolute joke of a company and staff. Their senior staff lie openly, even when faced with written proof, and their IT is so amateur I feel like my data has already been leaked to several 3rd parties without my consent (and they would never know if there was a breach, because they're so incompetent anyway). Stay far away from this company. The rates are not worth it in the end.

I do not personally bank here but I can say that the service here is top tier. I got into a car accident two weeks ago and was able to call a representative from this Credit Union to help get camera footage from the incident. The guy who I spoke with was friendly and well mannered, giving me advice on how to go around accessing the footage. Thank you for all your help!

I have been a customer of this Credit Union for over 20 years now and in all that time I have never had an unpleasant experience. The tellers are always helpful, knowledgeable professional and most important for me personable. I would and have recommend CACCU to anyone.

Terrible customer service. They wouldn't sell me coin rolls to roll up my coins. They asked me to take off my hat when I entered. And generally looked at me and treated me like I was a criminal. I would put 0 stars if possible. If you're considering a credit union please bank with safe credit union or golden 1 as I've never been greeted with anything but a smile and a "How may we help you?" When entering. No wonder this place looks like a branch from 1986.

0/10. Don't trust the yelp reviews, the manager flags anything she can't respond to with a generic coopropate answer. Terrible service, terrible management and from what I've heard, even worse treatment of its employees.
