First U.S. Community Credit Union definitely stands out — this branch has a unique, almost vintage charm that you rarely see in modern banking. The building is spacious, and there's a certain old-school vibe that I personally enjoy. It’s like stepping back in time in the best way. That said, the experience hasn’t quite been the same since the previous manager retired. They were a real gem — warm, attentive, and made you feel like a valued member every time. Since then, the staff has felt a little... meh. Not rude, just not particularly engaged. Also, there always seem to be only two tellers working, no matter when I visit. It can get slow, especially during busy times. If you appreciate a credit union with a unique atmosphere, it’s still worth checking out — but I hope they bring back the energy and member-focused care they used to be known for.

Staff is friendly rarely anyone ever in there I love credit unions especially when they have co-op features once I come here and the atm was down but luckily since they are co-op only had to drive around the corner to safe credit union to add funds

Horrible service. Stood in line for 15 minutes wasn’t acknowledged at all by the tellers and I was the only customer in line!! Can’t wait to pay my loan off and get out of here. Always dead inside and still ssllloooowwwww. Supervisor just staring not even a “Hi or Hello” drove 30 min to get here and didn’t even get service so I walked out not even a good bye or sorry from the staff.

I will never bank with this bank again. They overdrafted my checking account at another bank because they did not stop my auto payments. After closing a loan with him. They refused to make it right. When I asked for a manager, They hung up on me after putting me on hold. I will tell everyone I can never to bank here.
