I was trying to find the survey review for Vanessa I got menopause brain but I'm pretty sure that was her name but let me tell you something from the moment I walked in that bank I felt appreciated. The first Bank we walked in I swear on everything I love I think they thought we were there to rob the bank and yet we still tried to open a bank account and we chose not to and went to Sacramento credit Union she educated us on so many different things about the bank account about buying a house and just all type of everything she literally went above and beyond for us I absolutely love the way that we were treated in this Bank and I'm honored to be a member

WARNING: HIGH-RISK BANK. I was advised to leave this review for my former loser bank. Investors beware! Bad banking practices here I was a customer here for 3 years and lost money while having a checking and savings AND A LOAN account as a "member" they (someone named Evelyn and “her manager”) will not honor the agreement and they will charge you EXTRA AND EXCESSIVE FEES. Do yourself a favor and go to a main street bank that's more modern and has better technology (xfer, mobile and dd, etc). Stay AWAY from Sacramento Credit Union you will THANK ME. - ALEX FONG, VERIFIED ACCOUNT HOLDER.

I have been with Sacramento Credit Union for about 10 years now. Last week is the first time I got a HELOC loan from them. I initiated the loan online and finished it up at their Roseville store off Foothills Blvd. Kristina Vavra Financial Service Specialist III helped me through the whole process. WOW, over the top helpful and she really pushed it through. I feel very confident in the branch, sorry to see others didn't have the same helpful experience.

Pleasant efficent, knowledgeable. I have been a member since 1983, have only had One bad experience. There is never long lines, and I enjoy being a member. Please keep the branch in Elk Grove it is convenient for myself and family!,,,

I grant FIVE stars only as a Courtesy and to give Notice of profiling and discrimination by the Asian manager, who was condescending, passively rude and dismissive.
